A coleta e destinação dos resíduos é um serviço essencial e é através deste serviço que o lixo descartado nas residências e comércios segue até o seu destino. Realizar uma boa gestão dos resíduos sólidos é desafiador e envolve uma série de obstáculos logísticos, principalmente para as Prefeituras que devem estar de acordo com a Política Nacional dos Resíduos Sólidos – 12.305/2010 e necessitam de recursos para custear o serviço de coleta, além do elevado custo anual em destinação final em aterros sanitários.
Devido aos altos custos de implementação e operação de aterros, somente no Brasil, existem mais de 4 mil lixões a céu aberto ou aterros controlados. Nesse cenário, a Ecosol Soluções Ecológicas criou o Sistema Ecosol, que permite o Gerenciamento dos Resíduos Sólidos Urbanos (RSU) de forma inovadora, baseando-se em três pilares: coleta, compactação e embolsamento.
O sistema permite que as prefeituras realizem o processo de coleta e destinação final simultaneamente, ou seja, é possível realizar a coleta dos resíduos no município e, logo, o embolsamento para serem destinados a uma área de armazenamento temporário ou definitivo, onde o resíduo ficará disposto pelo tempo que o usuário julgue necessário. Isso evita que haja qualquer tipo de contato do resíduo com o meio ambiente e que o dinheiro seja enterrado, uma vez que o lixo coletado pode passar por transformação no futuro e ter valor agregado.

- shared responsibility;
- allow the further use of residues;

TRACEABILITY
Once the collected residue is placed in bags, it is possible to integrate some kind of system already existing in the market to keep under control the identification of the day on which it was bagged, the quantity, the place, the origin and the type of residue.
