When purchasing equipment for the transformation of residues, to turn feasible the investment costs and the licensing procedures, it is usual to choose equipment with low processing capacity. This factor impairs the transformation of all the residue produced daily. Other bottlenecks are time-consuming maintenance stops.
In this scenario, the bagged residue system performs the function of a safety cell, preventing the operation from undergoing losses, generating of environmental impacts on the area or avoiding costs for the destination on garbage yards or sanitary landfills.

The National Solid Residue Policy – PNRS, in accordance to Law no. 12.305/2010, establishes minimum instruments applicable to all types of residues, which principles the Ecosol System prioritizes on its system, as:

- allow the further use of residues;
